This Visual Information Specialist intern/fellow will be mentored within the Department of Medical Audio Visual Services and will assist with the design, development and production of science based multimedia products that support the global mission of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. The Intern/fellow will assist with creating visual information products using a variety of different computer software programs, equipment and tools.
This opportunity requires specialized knowledge, education, training and applied experience with the planning, preparation and use of photographs, illustrations, drawings, and other art work, charts, diagrams, dioramas, maps, slides, overlays, and other kinds of visual material for use in communicating information through visual means.
A selected candidate must be a undergraduate or have a Bachelors in Studio Art with Concentration in Digital Media/New Genre, graphic design Biomedical science and research, mass media communications, multimedia production
