The ORISE Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) Mini-Academy is a two-day program that introduces middle school students to AI and its applications. Students will engage in exciting and challenging activities over the two-day period to develop skills and knowledge that will help them grow into the technology leaders of the future.

For the program, students will report to the ORAU classroom at ORAU in Oak Ridge on June 12-13, 2024, from 9:00am - 4:00pm. Students should bring a sack lunch. Snacks will be provided.


Participants must be rising 7th, 8th, or 9th grade students at the time of the program. (This is the grade level the student will be during the 2024-2025 school year).
